Past present and future me.

Having had several past, present lives as a professional dancer for 30+ years, singer in a rock band, trained actor, screenplay writer, producer, teacher, choreographer, format development for tv,  father of 2 and now personal trainer/personal and nutrition coach, I can relate to all kind of clients from different social backgrounds with ease and comfort.

My strong point is high integrity as well as discretion and a very personal feel for the person in front of me.

Having pushed my own body to extremes during several years on stage as well as in a studio I can relate to elite athletes and their needs as well as easily turn around and shoulder any other of my past lives in order to best relate to other clients needs as well.

THE PERFORMER

“YOU’RE NEVER FULLY DRESSED WITHOUT A SMILE”

Regardless, Performer and/or Personal trainer the power of being able to change just one persons life for a while, help them forget their troubles and feel good (or even better), let them leave with a Happy Energy and a Sense of Wellbeing.

Just as every performers show should be done as if it was the First One, every personal trainer’s client should be received with the same importance.

Both roles are very similar. I make no difference between the 2 and they are both a big part of me.

“I AM THE END RESULT OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD”

I strive to find the movements that best suit your NEED(S), GOAL(S) and BODY.

We start where YOU are, using what YOU have and adapting the level to what YOU can do.

PERSONAL COACHING

IRL or Online or why not the BEST of BOTH WORLDS!

Mind/Muscle connection is a real thing so a lot of my work will also be to help you tune into the exercises with your entire system (eg; not watching tv/your phone or reading while on the rowing machine)

There is no right or wrong way, there is just the way that fits your life situation right now in the best way!

Its all about progress and not perfection, letting your body start to enjoy the movements and exercises to the point where it will not let you get away with not giving them to it anymore.

The body is one unit. every joint, muscle, fibre, bone, cell and fascia ALL work together and so do we.
